How can I disallow/ban "maintenance mode" on Samsung phones?

I'm working on a Samsung Galaxy A35 and want to *prevent* the activation of "Maintenance Mode" from the settings. Ideally, this prevention should be as close to permanent as possible; a build.prop or ADB command would be ideal. I'm happy if this change hides/removes the entire "Device Care" section from the settings. Unfortunately, whenever I google for "Disable Maintenance Mode", I get instructions back for *leaving* Maintenance Mode, rather than actually disallowing it entirely. Any help would be deeply, deeply appreciated. Thanks folks.
