                          My relative accidentally uninstalled a critical app from my Android phone, which is very unfortunate. 

The use case is **"hold icon -> uninstall -> accept"**, which is ridiculously easy to do by a 2-year-old.

How do I configure Android so it requires a PIN or unlock pattern before uninstalling an app?
