Recover data after doing more than 40 factory resets

I have questions about how to recover my devices. I've been using the same device since 2021. And I have probably done 40 or 50 factory resets in the last four years. Now, I learned that all of the data that I have encrypted may still be on my phone or somewhere in Google. And I'm asking how I can find a way to recover this data that I have erased 40-50 times?
