WiFi network connecting and the stops when tapped

There is a WiFi network that I can't connect to, even when I tap on it. It just loads and then stops. However, when my other devices try to connect to this WiFi, it works, and the link works as well. I don't know how to solve the tapping problem on a specific WiFi. What should I do?
