How can I find all preferences or settings files relevant to a particular app?

When troubleshooting apps, a common remedy is to delete or clear their
.plist
files.
On macOS Sequoia 15.3, I discovered that clearing ~/Library/com.apple.TV.plist
with defaults delete com.apple.TV.plist
left most of the app settings unchanged.
Is there a way (preferably using Terminal) to discover the locations of all the .plist
and any other settings files directly relevant to a particular app?
