Is there a way to tell iPhone not to ring when it is "Potential Spam"?

Recently, I get much more "Potential Spam" calls than before. It is good that the phone rings with the text "Potential Spam" shown on the screen. However, I have to block the phone numbers one by one. Right now I have blocked 30 of them and the list is just "non stop". Well, is there a way to tell iPhone: if you are showing the "Potential Spam" message, then simply don't ring, or outright, automatically block the caller. Is there a way to do it?
