How can I make my MacBook Pro battery last longer during video conferences?

I've noticed that my 2020 MacBook Pro's battery drains extremely quickly during video calls on Zoom and Microsoft Teams. During a typical 1-hour meeting, I lose about 30-40% battery, even with the laptop plugged in sometimes. I'm running macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 and regularly have 3-4 hour stretches of back-to-back meetings.
