Goodnotes pdf deletion issue

Someone sent me a pdf on telegram, then I downloaded it and imported (opened) it into goodnotes. Later I want to delete the pdf from telegram downloads but not from goodnotes. Will it stay in goodnotes as a copy or get deleted once i delete telegram pdf file from downloads?
