Deleting Gcash app completely from iCloud

I’m having a problem deleting Gcash. I’ll delete the app from the home screen and choose the option to delete all related app data. When I go back into the Apple Store and try to download Gcash again, I see that it is still stored in my iCloud. I have attempted to delete Gcash from the iCloud by going to: Settings > Account > iCloud > Drive > Manage Storage without success. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max iOS 18.5 If anyone here could help me with specific instructions, I would greatly appreciate it.
