Remove Karabiner-Elements entirely

I want to get Karabiner-Elements entirely off my system, but something seems to be running in the background. I did the official uninstall procedure from inside the Karabiner app and removed some of the remaining files manually. But I can't delete this folder: /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs Inside are these files and folders: /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/tmp/karabiner_grabber_devices.json /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/tmp/karabiner_grabber_manipulator_environment.json /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/tmp/karabiner_grabber_state.json /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/tmp/karabiner_notification_message.json /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/tmp/krbn_grabber /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/tmp/pid /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/tmp/pid/karabiner_grabber.pid /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/tmp/pid/karabiner_session_monitor.501.pid /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/tmp/rootonly /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/tmp/user /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/tmp/user/501 /Library/Application Support/org.pqrs/tmp/user/501/con_usr_srv_grb_clnt I can remove the json files but they are immediately regenerated. The other items I cannot remove. What's going on? System: MacBook Air M1 running macOS 15.5.
