How to change a command line options of an app in the dock?

I've installed Emacs and I want to run it with options:

emacs -rv --no-splash --debug-init

I created a bash script in ~/bin and run it from terminal then drag the app to the main dock. But when I run the app again the command options are gone. Is there a way to have command line options for an application in the dock?
