Console app jumps back to the top with "Now" function selected

                          Since updating to macOS 15.5, I've noticed that when I select the "Now" feature on the macOS Console app, it'll first of all jump to the latest line in the log file, but on update, jumps back to the top.
Has anyone experienced this and found a way to resolve this?
