Video color profiles in Get Info: what do the numbers mean?

I’m looking at some video files (captured from various iOS and Android devices) using Finder’s Inspector. In the “more info” section, it lists Dimensions, Codecs, and Duration… but there’s also a “Color profile” which I don’t understand. For image files, this would be something like sRGB, but for video files, it just displays cryptic numbers. Depending on the file, it either displays as “HD (1-1-1)” or “(5-1-5)”. So my questions are: * Is there a webpage somewhere that explains what the numbers mean for these video color profiles? * Does one set of numbers indicate a higher-quality video (à la chroma subsampling)?
