SQL Server Management Studio throws exception when using Always Encrypted

With the latest version of SSMS (v18.10), when we choose to sign in to Azure to use key vault, it always gives this exception: Rotate (Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.ServiceManagement) And the error details:

Looks like it does not support the newly added Rotate permission of Azure key vault keys.
