I get this error message when I try to install PostgreSQL on my Windows machine.
I tried all the provided solutions for solving this issue. I have uninstalled my McAfee antivirus as I wasn't using it anymore. I'm writing here after many failed attempts. It will be great if someone who has encountered this problem could answer my question.
**Update:** I have found out that Windows security is the actual problem stopping the installation. As soon as I turn off my real-time protection, the app runs, but the moment I turn up the active protection, pgAdmin is not opening.
