How to retrieve a webpage's title using the command-line?

I'm looking for a command-line program that prints the title of a webpage. For instance:

-shell
title-fetcher 'https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dd7dQh8u4Hc '

...should give:

You give the URL, the program prints out the title.
