I have a mail system from Postfix, Dovecot, Amavis, Spamassin on a Debian Jessie 8.5. Imap and pop3 work fine. Smtp port 465 over ssl sends fine, delivery is okay, but port 25 and 587 got the error "undelivery user unknown for all local recipient and internet mailboxes".
