How can I check currently installed and in use versions of SSL and TLS?

How can I check currently installed and in use versions of SSL and TLS? Strangely I couldn't find an answer online. Using Ubuntu 18.04. Edit: Thanks all! I am asking this as I have trouble connecting from one ubuntu 18.04 server running curl to another with ftps server (vsftp).
