Error while trying to source a .zshrc file

zsh homebrew

                          What am I doing wrong here?

    % echo "export HOMEBREW_GITHUB_API_TOKEN=XXXX">> ~/.zshrc;
    % source ~.zshrc;
    zsh: no such user or named directory: .zshrc
