Pipewire and wire plumber not detecting my soundcard

I am running arch Linux with an asrock b650 motherboard and pipewire refuses to find my sound card. In a comment below is the output of various journalctl runs that will hopefully prove useful if anyone can advise on how I can get pipewire working. I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling to help. Edit: I am unable to post that output as a comment as the length exceeds stack overflow limits.
