Performance Graph in icinga for a service shows wait timed out after 3001ms

The performance graph for a sakuli check shows 'Wait timed out after 3001ms'. I checked the check_latency for the sakuli check service it is at 0.446 seconds. The check is executed after every 2 minutes. What can be the cause. Performance data looks good but still the error persist.
