(UPDATE: The accepted answer has since been patched. 12-16-2021) I have a Gabb Wireless which is an Android that is programmed to be "dumb". By "dumb", I mean it only has core apps such as Settings, Phone, Messaging, etc. I like it because it is not additive to where I can't focus on my school. It has some major drawbacks though. To keep kids from messing up the restrictions, they pretty much bricked the phone. I can't flash, ADB*, install apps**, or unlock the bootloader*** the way other sites say to do. All I want to do is host a web server and customize the OS a bit. I have contacted the distributor and of course, they would not reveal anything. Stars: 1. The original way to allow USB debugging/Developer mode is gone. 2. The store was removed and you can't install raw APKs. 3. When I boot into the Bootloader, the screen is blank with "=> FASTBOOT mode..." at the bottom. Overall, I am disappointed with the extremes which the company took. I have gotten them to admit that the device *is* hackable. Of course, any device is hackable so I did not get much from that. Any ideas?

I would like to install Spotify on my Gabb Z2 phone. The Gabb phone runs a modified version of Android that is programmed to have only default apps and no store. They somehow managed to get their own app on there, which leads me to believe that there is a way to install apps on this phone. I try to go to Privacy > Permission Manager > Search > Autofill where the developer options are so I can turn on USB Debugging, it does nothing, the bug was found and patched so that there is no way to access the options. As a side note, I also tried going to About Phone and clicking on the build number 7 times. I have scoured the internet looking for the solution to my problem, I came close but I was blocked. How to install APK on Gabb Z2?

I always use my Gabb Phone Z2 for transferring videos to watch on road trips, but it's different now. I was about to transfer some episodes to my phone, and it always prompted me to choose either file transfer or charging only. But 3 days ago, I didn't get that prompt. It only started charging, and file transfer did not work. I restarted my phone, the computer, and factory reset my phone but still nothing. Is this a system or phone issue, or is it related to my charger or something else?

I would like to install an APK (specifically Google Maps and a few others) on my Gabb Phone Plus. It uses a modified version of Android, and Samsung made the phone itself. I downloaded the APK from [Aptoide](https://en.aptoide.com/) and scanned it with [VirusTotal](https://www.virustotal.com/gui/home/upload) . Then, I put it on an SD card and transferred it to my phone. Once it was on my phone, I ran the APK. It didn't work. I tried it a few more times, and it said "Package installer keeps stopping." I tried to clear the cache, but couldn't. Then, I also force-quitted the app, and it didn't help at all. I am thinking that Gabb did something to this to prevent APKs from being installed. I tried looking this up on Google, but apparently, not many people have the Plus because it only showed results for the Z2. There must be a way to run APKs or put apps on the phone because I see Gabb installed their own apps on this phone.

The phone is Gabb Z2. How would I go about forcing an install of an APK without ADB or Play Store or PackageInstaller app on a phone?

I am trying to download apps to my Gabb Plus and it once said (KPE INTERNAL ERROR) which might be different since I took out the SIM card and retried it. Is there a way to hook the phone up to a computer and use a third-party installer? Thanks! THIS IS NOT A DUPE BECASE THIS IS DIFFRENT<3

I've been looking around the internet trying to find a way to enable USB Debugging. Looks like there was a way until Gabb patched it. I've tried all of these ways 1. Searching for the autofill on the privacy tab 2. Clicking Build Number 7 Times 3. Typing the code number *#991# in the dial option and *#*#4636#*#* Has anyone figured out any workaround for this? I've been searching for any solution and haven't found any, yet. The phone is hackable and there is a way but just don't know yet.

My Gabb phone's sim card got locked. It's my only phone, so I can't call or text any number. I don't know my PUK code, which it requires to unlock. How would I unlock it? Thanks in advance.
