How do you keep Google Play Services from stopping or get it to start back up? It has deleted all my apps and is now telling me every time I try to download that I don't have enough space. What do I do?

So my nextbook 8 tablet has always been very finicky. I can do with the power button troubles and everything, but theres one thing that made my tablet near useless. I was on a trusted app, when suddenly my tablet froze, and stayed frozen for almost 12 hours. When i finally was able to restart my device, it had performed a factory reset, which means all my apps were gone. Every single one. But the memory in the internal storage still appears as if i still had all my applications. I am left with 121MB of storage space which is unusable, and my tablet is showing nothing that could be using up my storage space. The downloads screen shows the "no apps installed message" when i open it up. How can I fix this?

How do i back up data for apps, such as games? If so,is it safe to factory data reset? I'm basically wanting to know how to save my data and still be able to reset my tablet.

Running 4.4.2 KitKat. Does the OS really take up 7GB? I've only got like 5 games downloaded and already running out of space for apps. :(

How do I root my nextbook premium 8 tablet

Recently, my Nextbook 8 has been acting oddly. What it does is switches into HDMI mode, though there is no HDMI cable plugged in. I first noticed this on Sunday. The screen was refusing to rotate, even for apps that required a different screen orientation. When I figured out that HDMI Switch was on, I turned it off and that fixed the problem. Temporarily. Now, the screen flashes frequently as it "connects" and "disconnects" from HDMI, which makes using it next to impossible. Sound stutters when it does this, and if it's "connected," I can't watch videos on it. I've never once connected HDMI to it, and I take care of my electronics. I've never dropped it, I have anti-virus on it that finds nothing wrong, and I haven't downloaded any new apps. I've found nothing online to help me solve what could be causing this, though I've been searching since Monday. All problems I've found through searching have been "HDMI not connecting" issues instead. Any help would be greatly appreciated in this matter.
