How do I get a stable LineageOS build?

It seems like all LineageOS builds are marked as nightly, which makes it impossible to pick out more stable builds from the not-so-stable ones. How do I find a stable build? Is there a plan to mark some builds as stable, or make snapshots as CyanogenMod used to? Should I hold off before moving to LineageOS until those appear?
