How can "NR Available (NSA)" be false while "NR State (NSA)" is "CONNECTED" in the *#*#4636#*#* menu?

I don't understand how I can be connected to 5G NSA while 5G NSA is unavailable. I'm using a Pixel Fold. (The MNC and MCC values are null, I'm not roaming, the signal is often so powerful that the dBm reading is positive (not negative as in this screenshot), and I believe this is is related to some kind of cell-site simulator attack that allows control over the 4G channel. The screen also flashes briefly every time the phone connects to 5G in the Android 16 beta.)
