I upgraded to iOS 11.2. There is now a red badge under Settings on "Finish Setting Up Your iPhone. Under Settings>Finish Setting Up Your iPhone there are two apparent options: * Back, and * Set Up Apple Pay **How do I decline Apple's invitation to manage my financial transactions and mine them for data?**
