Intune - Issues with Nudge - App autoupdate

Recently, we have migrated the devices to Intune (we used WS1 before) and, for some reason, I can't make Nudge available again. I'm deploy the .pkg and the config profile but it's not working at all, I was looking for logs but I couldn't find them. /Library/logs/ and ~/Library/Logs Previously, we had only Nudge.app but I also deploy Nudge Essentials, Nudge LaunchAgent, Nudge Logger, Nudge Suite. (For testing) The configuration profile that I'm using I took it from here https://github.com/macadmins/nudge/blob/main/Example%20Assets/com.github.macadmins.Nudge.mobileconfig with some modifications.
