Why Does Automator Workflow Fail to Set Finder Views for Folders & Sub-Folders

I followed the instructions included within the article below to create a Apple Automation to set the Finder Views for Folders and Sub-Folders. I added a hard drive as the top folder item. After the workflow was completed I checked several sub-folders on of the hard drive, but none of these were set according to the Workflow.
