Airpods Pro 2 - Is it possible to have microphone turned on while keeping previously set left right audio balance

Is it possible to have microphone turned on while keeping previously set left right audio balance. When microphone is turned on - either during the call or requested by any app - I'm loosing the output balance set in Accessibility settings - is there a way to keep this balance: I do connect AirPods Pro 2 to both iOS device and MacOS device - I do suspect that there might be some MacOS only solution for it
