Storage quota in iCloud Drive shared folders

                          Suppose user A creates a folder in iCloud Drive, and shares this folder with user B (with edit access).

Do the contents of this folder count towards the iCloud storage quota of user A alone ? Or do they also count towards user B quota? Does it matter if the files inside are added by user A or user B?
