Is there a way around iPhone's minimum photo aspect ratio?

I took a photo on my iPhone. I want to crop it down to be very long and thin (probably more than a 10:1 aspect ratio). But the Photo app isn't letting me do so: when I try to crop it, it only lets me move the border bars so far from a square aspect ratio. Is there any way to crop it down to a narrower aspect ratio within the Photo app? Or do I have to send it to a computer and use a real photo editing app? iOS 18.2.1.
