iOS 18.4 auto-returns to list after editing; wants to revert setting

I changed a setting on my iPhone (running iOS 18.4) that navigates back to the list of items after editing an item. I don't remember the name of the setting, but I would like to change it back to the default behavior. Does anyone know, which setting I have to revert?
