How can I modify the font size for tab titles in Safari

I know that * Apple is super strict about its UI * this Q (or related about font size of different UI elements in macOS) pops up from time to time with pretty much same answer but, time passes and even Apple's stuff gets changed, so: Does anyone have any success with the matter described in subject? (I mean the small "tiles" in a tab bar where each site we opened shows its title).
