Getting "“Chromium” is damaged and can’t be opened." after installing with `brew install --cask chromium`

After installing Chromium with
brew install --cask chromium, when I opened it, I got greeted with "“Chromium” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash."
How can I work around this?
