I have two Macs — a MacBook Air and a MacBook Pro —, both around 10 years old. The MacBook Pro is pretty up to date, but I'm running MacOS 10.14.6 (Mojave) on the Air.
I'm thinking of getting a pair of AirPod 4s with noise cancellation. One of the uses (apart from music at the gym, etc), would be for Zoom meetings on the MacBook Air.
I wanted to know whether that is going to work, in terms of the technical requirements for the AirPod 4s. I went to the technical specs page for these and found:
> Mac models with the latest version of macOS
So in a sense I guess that answers the question -- they wouldn't work with Mojave. And yet, that answer seems so generic (in fact, they list "latest OS version" for every possible device), that I wonder whether there isn't in fact a more specific answer. After all, the latest version changes.
Does anyone know for sure, and can point me to the page where I could read more?
