I don't know why, but Pages just started doing this... creating an empty folder in Documents.
Also, upon every reinstall of OSX, I immediately disable automatic software update across the system. I never tinker with those settings. So, in troubleshooting the Pages issue... I noticed that auto-update has been toggled on for the app. How?
- Pages syncing and storage with iCloud always disabled.
- I have not reinstalled my OSX and apps for several months.
- I have not changed the Apple ID used with my iMac.
- I have not purchased/linked a new Apple device with this iCloud account.
- I only use iCloud to sync mail with my iMac... nothing more.
I'm hoping there is a way to shoot a terminal command to stop this. Ideas?
iMac 24 M1. Sonoma 14.7.4. Pages 14.3.
