Determine timestamp of battery charge start/stop

I have an M2 Pro with Ventura 13.6.6. I am trying to get some information about a recent power outage. Is there a way to see the exact times that the AC adapter was connected / disconnected? Is there some messages hiding in some system log somewhere that I can look for or perhaps some battery history system utility? I know very little about macOS so I'm not sure what to look for or where.
