AltTab: How to Close Only the Selected Window with Ctrl+W?

                          I use the altTab extension which I find a lot more useful than the built-in alt+tab

When I press alt+tab, I see all open windows across all apps. The problem is when I then press cmd + w on a selected window, it closes ***all*** windows of the app. I want it to close just the selected window. 

Is there any way to accomplish this?
