                          I don't have a router; I hotspot from my iPhone 13 to my laptop. I used to do this when the iPhone was unplugged and I exhausted the battery rapidly by mistake.

Now I plug it in. 

Should I connect the phone to a wall charger and use Wi-Fi tethering or connect to the laptop and use USB tethering?
