I have downloaded, compiled and installed Python 2.7 on CentOS. I would like to download and install easy_install (and pip) for it but I am a little bit confused as to how to do that. How can I proceed to get setuptools and easy_install and pip using a non-default Python installation installed in /usr/local/?
