Linux Mint: Error! Your kernel headers for kernel 4.4.0-38-generic cannot be found

After several attempts to fix the issue by myself I've decided to post here, basically everytime I'm running an upgrade I received this error message: fabrizio@fabrix ~ $ sudo apt-get upgrade Reading package lists...
