mobaxterm doesn't connection

Mobaxterm doesn't connection through user session. I set passphrase in sha key and after it mobaxterm doesn't connection .And i get error: > Disconnected: No supported authentication methods available (server > sent: publickey) The strangest thing is that they don’t even ask me to enter passphrase... And I think it's because i set passphrase. If i connect using terminal everythink works
