                          Is there a graphical tool that shows (edits) *all* users and groups on the system, so that one can avoid editing /etc/passwd and /etc/group directly?

[GNOME Settings](https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center)  (gnome-control-center) *Users* view lets only see desktop users and no groups at [all](https://help.gnome.org/users/gnome-help/stable/user-accounts.html.en) .
