Make Libreoffice not round numbers

I have a CSV file that has a single value: 40.233145454989**07**. When I open the CSV file with LibreOffice Calc, the value appears rounded to 40.233145454989**1**. Then I cheked "*Limit Decimals for general number format*" and "*precision as shown*". But the program keeps rounding the value.
