I often upload groups of photos online, like product images or artworks. Recently I noticed that Firefox uploads a group of photos from a folder in the opposite order. Its happened on every website I've tried uploading photos to.
**Example: In a folder on Linux, I have:**
- Artwork 1.jpg
- Artwork 2.jpg
- Artwork 3.jpg
When I upload all the photos together, it uploads in this order:
- Artwork 3.jpg
- Artwork 2.jpg
- Artwork 1.jpg
This is frustrating because I have to manually re-order the photos every time I upload them. I don't remember this happening in the past, just recently.
Since it happens on every website, I expect it has to do something with Linux Mint or Firefox.
**What I've tried:**
I've tried pressing Control A, to select all the photos, and then upload them, and I've also tried selecting the first photo, then holding down shift, and selecting the bottom photo, and then clicking on upload. I've also tried doing that but in the opposite direction, so holding shift, and selecting the last photo, and then the first.
I've also tried arranging the photos in my fire browser by name, modification date, and reverse order, but the photos still upload in the opposite order.
I've also tried renaming the photos to:
- 001.jpg
- 002.jpg
- 003.jpg
And that still doesn't fix the uploading order.
It also happens with both PNG and JPG files.
