Print email to pdf without Thunderbird generated footer

Context: Thunderbird 128.9.0esr on MacOS Ventura Issue: When printing, Thunderbird generates a footer with a page number in the bottom left corner ("1 of X") and the print date in the lower right corner. Question: **How to configure printing to avoid the footer?** Bonus for thunderbird header as well. Because headers / footers are Thunderbird generated, I would think there may be a setting to in Thunderbird: alas, I have not been successful in finding a native control.
