USB 3.0 ports are not working

                          I have recently installed linux into my desktop (Zorin OS). 

But none of my USB 3.0 ports are working. All 2.0 are working however. All USB 2.0 and 3.0 used to work on windows 10 and still work if I boot in BIOS.

I'm new at Linux.
