I am running CentOS 8.5.2111. I am not able to access 2TB external USB-C drive (exFAT), but I can access 256 GB external exFAT drive
When I connect the 2TB USB-C exFAT drive, it says:
Unable to access "csr"
Error mounting /dev/sdb1 at /run/media/jzy7mw/csr: Unknown filesystem type ;exfat'
(
csr
is the drive name)
It works fine on Windows PC and chkdsk
found no issues:
C:\>chkdsk d: /f /x
The type of the file system is exFAT.
Volume Serial Number is 0EFA-B9CE
Windows is verifying files and folders...
Volume label is csr.
File and folder verification is complete.
Windows has scanned the file system and found no problems.
No further action is required.
It is doing the same when connected back to CentOS PC
I need assistance
