Cannnot turn on "control device permission" in Anydesk on Android

I use Anydesk software on my devices and recently I've faced a problem with controlling my Android device with my Windows machine. Once I try to connect to the Android phone through Windows, I can see the phone's screen but I can't control it. I noticed that on my phone, "control device's mouse and keyboard" permission is off and I can't turn it on. . I've already installed the AD plugin. How can I resolve this issue?
