Phone keeps opening the same web address spontaneously

My Samsung Galaxy keeps opening the web address
https://luckyvybz.top
Within the url, it also contains my ISP details, the device details, my location etc.
I have ran malware scans using malwarebytes and Bitdefender but neither of these pick up any viruses
Is there a recommended way to find culprit?
